We are a small family run business that sell original acrylic and gouache watercolour canvas art paintings created by Pete Rumney throughout the UK and Worldwide. We sell to both private and business customers. About The Artist
The Artist
Pete Rumney was born and bred in England close to the coastline of
Whitley Bay a
few miles out of Newcastle upon Tyne. It was the Whitley Bay, Tynemouth and Cullercoats
vista that first inspired the artist to paint his stunningly effective depictions of
beautiful canvas art sunsets in his own inimitable way, and the powerful
Northumberland coastline always continues to inspire his work to this day.

Acrylic Canvas Art Creations
All of Pete's current artwork are created using the finest quality Windsor & Newton Acrylic paint, hand painted onto canvas stretched over wooden frames.
Pete's natural ability to blend colour so indicative of his
canvas paintings, his perceptual use of light and shade,
bring an amazing, deep spiritual dimension to his
work. Every brushstroke of each hand painted piece has been carefully placed to generate
the 3 dimensional world uniquely created by Pete.
